Real Estate Services Coordinator
CobbFendley’s Right-of-Way Acquisition Department in Central Texas is seeking a Right-of-Way Agent to support project efforts in the Texas area. The successful candidate will have experience conducting good faith negotiations, securing settlements, writing settlement justifications, reading right-of-way maps, reading and understanding appraisals, preparing and filing condemnation proceedings and conducting closings. An SR/WA, R/W-URAC, R/W-NAC, R/W-RAC, college degree, and either a license to practice law or a real estate sales or broker’s license is preferred. Experience in performing acquisition, relocation, and condemnation duties is preferred, though not required

Right of Way Agent/Senior Right of Way Agent
Experienced right of way agent sought to help acquire a wide range of real property interests for a variety of predominately governmental agencies and utility companies. A real estate license is required for this position as is knowledge and experience in acquiring easements and fee simple interests under the Uniform Relocation Act for organizations with the power of eminent domain. An IRWA certification and experience performing personal property relocations is a plus. Being detailed oriented with the ability to work closely with a team and communicate effectively with wide variety of landowners and management is necessary. This position requires familiarity with engineering plans and an ability to analyze the impact of pub-lic projects on adjacent private property.
