Rutherford Real Estate is a family-based company located in New Braunfels that specializes in appraisal review services for ROW acquisition projects in the transportation and infrastructure industry.
The company is composed of Jeff Rutherford, SR/WA, R/W-AC, a Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, a Texas Real Estate Broker, a member of the IRWA, and an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
