LUNCHEON REFUND POLICY

No refunds for luncheon events, including Joint AI/IRWA luncheon event.
Substitutions are allowed.  Contact [email protected] for substitution requests.

There are no refunds for no-shows.

SEMINAR EVENT REFUND POLICY

For cancellations received seven (7) or days prior to a seminar event for which a fee has been paid, a full refund less a 10% administrative processing fee shall be provided to the registrant.

All refund requests must be sent to [email protected] and received seven (7) days before the start date of the seminar.

Refund requests are processed within ten days of the completion of the seminar. 

There are no refunds for no-shows.

SPONSORSHIP REFUND POLICY

No refunds for chapter website/newsletter, or event sponsorship.
